About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven automotive sales leader to join a successful Audi retailer and play a key role in the next stage of its growth.
Working closely with the Head of Business, General Sales Manager and wider management team, you'll help drive sales performance, coach and develop the team, and ensure the dealership continues to exceed both brand and commercial objectives.
In this role:
- You’ll lead and drive performance of the Sales team, overseeing both new and used vehicle sales.
- You’ll achieve weekly sales targets for vehicles, finance, and insurance products, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and driving business growth in alignment with the store’s goals.
- You’ll lead by example – working closely with customers, managing escalations, and supporting team development through coaching, performance management, and recognition.
We're looking for:
- Someone with proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry, preferably in a main dealership environment.
- Someone with a leader’s mindset and strong relationship-building skills, able to inspire and motivate a team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Someone results-oriented, with a track record of maximising profitability through effective stock management and sales strategies.
