- This isn't a maintenance role. It's an opportunity for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to leave their mark, deliver measurable growth, and build a platform for future progression.
In this role:
- You’ll lead and drive performance of the Sales team of 6 Sales Executive , overseeing both new and used vehicle sales.
- You’ll achieve weekly sales targets for vehicles, finance, and insurance products, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and driving business growth in alignment with the store’s goals.
- You’ll lead by example – working closely with customers, managing escalations, and supporting team development through coaching, performance management, and recognition.
We're looking for:
- Someone with proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry, preferably in a main dealership environment.
- Someone with a leader’s mindset and strong relationship-building skills, able to inspire and motivate a team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Someone results-oriented, with a track record of maximising profitability through effective stock management and sales strategies.
- Most importantly, someone who’s committed to upholding Marshall’s values and creating a positive, supportive environment for customers and colleagues alike.
