Full-time | Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a rotational basis

At Marshall TPS Exeter, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Sales Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.
In this role you will,

- Assist customers with parts queries both in person and over the phone
- Arrange parts deliveries
- Be responsible for Outbound calling customers with sales promotions and offers
- Use online systems to locate and identify required parts
We're looking for:

- Previous experience as a Parts Sales Executive
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is confident following established processes
- Motivation, organisation and dedication to delivering excellent service
- Someone who has good knowledge of Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word)
